Yes! There are two options available to you for testing our Data feeds and/or our software (which includes our data feed). You can :

1:
Download a sample database (MetaStock or Omega format). This enables you to see if your software is compatible with our feed. You can also check that we are suppling the specific data items you may require.

Alternatively if you do not have software, you can download our Market Explorer software with a PrimeCharts database.

2:
Download a sample database and setup (within 2 weeks) a trial daily data feed account. This enables you to ensure you are happy with the manner in which we supply the daily data updates.

If at Step 1 you choose not to continue, delete what you have downloaded from us and there is no further obligation on either side.

If at Step 2 you choose not to continue, log onto our online site and cancel your account (i.e you have two weeks). We will only start to debit you after the initial two weeks trial. Once you have canceled, delete what you have downloaded from us, and there is no further obligation on either side.

Under certain circumstances!

We permit the same user to use the software he has purchased on more than one machine (i.e Home and office machine) provided that only one copy is active at any one time. Two different people cannot use the same software on two different machines irrespective of how closely they may be related.

Also, as each computers runs its own copy and downloads its own data, you will need a different data-feed for each.

However, that being the case, we only charge about 30% of the main download cost for a second or third data-feed. See the Price Calculator option of the Data Feeds menu on the EasySoft web site to get a costing for subscribing to multiple data feed formats and/or for using the data feed on more than one computer.

We provide a simple to follow guide along with a simple installation utility that does all that is needed. Either you or whoever assist you with your computer will have no problems following the Steps and successfully setting everything up. In over 35 years we have not failed to get every client up and going!

Once you are setup, if needed, we can provide guides that we customise and email to you with very easy to follow steps (see the Documentation option of the Download menu of this web site). In addition to these general guides, we can also provide other specific guides after ascertaining any specific problem/need you may have.

You can easily follow these guides or enlist the assistance of someone who will do so for you.
