If you currently have an active download for either our Market Master or one of our Market Explorer
charting programs and you wish to re-install the software and data on your
existing or a new computer, you can do so very easily by following the steps below.
This also applies if
you are using our MetaStock or Omega/SuperCharts download software to maintain a database
for use with non-PrimeCharts charting software.
The process of
refreshing your program setup on an existing machine or onto a new machine is
performed via an Online program installation, and you can be up and running within
a 10 to 20 minutes (Internet speed dependent).
There will
be a small refresh/setup fee levied, and an invoice will be automatically sent to you
after your credit card is debited.
In order to perform a refresh/repair to an existing installation or a fresh
installation on a new computer, please follow the
steps listed below.
1: Log on to the online site https://online.primecharts.com (or click on the Links menu and select User Online Area).
If you have not
logged on before you may need to register by clicking the Set Up a New Account
link on the right.
2:
On the initial Home screen, select Order Program Re-Install from the list of Quick Links displayed on the left side of the screen.
3: Your credit card will be debited the nominal re-install amount and a Re-Install will be setup for you. Full details will then be emailed to you. If they do not apear in your normal Inbox within 5 minutes, please check your Span/Junk Mail folder as sometimes emails with attachments get routed there.
